ComponentCRM Warehouse: Privacy Policy

ComponentCRM Warehouse ("the app") is provided by Devion Creative Enterprises, LLC ("we") for customers of ComponentCRM. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used.
What the app collects
- Sign-in details. The email address and password you type to sign in. They are sent to your company's ComponentCRM account to authenticate you. Your name and email are shown in the app.
- Photos you take. Photos of packing slips or parts that you choose to take. They are sent to your company's ComponentCRM account to process the reception.
- Business records you enter. Quantities, lot numbers, inspection results and similar warehouse data, saved to your company's ComponentCRM account.
Demo mode collects nothing and makes no network requests. It runs entirely on your device with sample data.
What we don't do
- No ads, and no tracking across apps or websites.
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and no use of the advertising ID.
- We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Fingerprint and Face ID
If you turn on fingerprint or face sign-in, your own sign-in details are stored on your device in its secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain), unlocked only by your device's biometric check. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never seen by us.
Security
Data sent between the app and ComponentCRM is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Retention and deletion
Your account and business records are kept in your company's ComponentCRM account and managed by your company's administrator. To delete your account or personal data, see Delete your data.
Children
The app is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
