How to request deletion
- Email support@componentcrm.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account", or
- Ask your company's ComponentCRM administrator to delete your user account.
We confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your user account, name and email address.
- Your sign-in details and sessions.
What is kept
- Business records your company created, such as purchase orders, receptions, inspections and packing-slip photos. They belong to your company's ComponentCRM account and are kept as its accounting and audit records require. Your company's administrator can delete them.
On your device
Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your phone, including any saved fingerprint or face sign-in. Demo mode stores nothing.
