Delete your Inventory Capture account and data

How to request deletion

1. Email support@componentcrm.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. If you can't send from that address, include your username, and we'll confirm your identity before deleting anything.

We confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, username and password.
• Your photos (label, part and box photos) and the text read from them.
• Your inventory records: projects, locations, parts and quantities.

What is kept

• Backup copies are overwritten within 90 days.
• A record of your deletion request (your email address and date), kept so we can show the request was completed.

Delete only some data

To delete particular photos or records but keep your account, email us with what you want removed, or delete the items yourself in the app or on the website.
